the arthur family

I met Sarah at my previous job about (?) five, six, seven years ago? I can't remember exactly because I feel like I've been friends with her for my entire life! She and her husband both are the most outgoing, bubbly, positive, wonderful people I know and their kids radiate that positive energy as well!!! Sarah does our trade shows for us when we can't be there and she is amazing! If you are ever in a bad mood - just call Sarah! She will make you smile in an instant! I always LOVE doing her family photos and this year was no exception! Sarah and Brian, thank you so much for meeting us out for your holiday photos this year! (And thanks for your sweet gift certificate for us to have a dinner date that night too!) Much love to you!!!!!

bobby and alix and engaged

I've known Bobby for 10 years now, which sounds insane to me. We were Sigma Phi Epsilon pledge brothers back at Purdue. We've been through some fun times. Now we are all grown up with real jobs, or at least, he has a real job. He's a great guy and I was happy to hear he recently got engaged to Alix! Alix is equally as awesome! This was actually my first time meeting her and she definitely passed my extremely non-official, but still important, test. You can tell these two are going to have a lot of fun with each other for the rest of their lives. Congrats Bobby and Alix! HFF and all that stuff Bobby.

the gray family

You may remember John Henry (CLICK HERE)... he is the son of Brian, who designed our brand last year (which has won tons of awards, I might add)! John Henry was back last week with his mom and dad, cousins, and aunt and uncle! It was great to get to meet all of them! Hope you enjoy the sneak peek!

liza is pregnant

I was so excited when Liza and Mitch were interested in having maternity images taken. They are a great couple and soon will be great parents! Little Ezra will be here in a few weeks! If he takes after Mitch he'll be spending his time between eating and sleeping working on his free throws and 3 point shots. I think Mitch may already have a meeting set up with Nike for a shoe deal. We had so much fun taking these images and can't wait to meet their little guy! Here are a few from the session...

ella is 4

I had an unbelievably fun time with Ella! This little girl is the happiest person I've ever met. She is all about having fun but was still so willing to do anything I asked her! Thanks Ella for making my day great! Hope you enjoy the sneak peek...

alexa is 10 months old

Jill is a wonderful friend of mine from college and as long as I've known her, I've known Shaun too! They were high school sweethearts & are one of those rare couple you know will be together when they are too old to remember each other's names.... and will still be in love! If I could say one thing to describe Jill, she is probably the nicest person I know. In 10 years I'm pretty sure I've never heard her say a single bad thing about anyone, ever. She is amazing!

Last year Jill and I found out we were both having baby girls (her first and my second) and our due dates were 3 days apart!!! {At the last minute we both started freaking out about the possibility that we picked the same names for our babies!} But no worries! :) Alexa and Natalie's birthdays are 8 days apart, and I love the fact that Jill and I can share so many stories and memories together with our girls these days! Jill and Shaun drove in from Cincinnati with Alexa to have these photos taken and we are so appreciative of their time with us!!!! Jill and Shaun, THANK YOU so much for sharing Alexa with us! We love you so much, love that little girl of yours, and we already can't wait to see you again!!!

lily is 2 weeks old

We first met Kellie at our Mum's Nite Out event back in September and were so excited when she and JT invited us a month later to photograph their beautiful girl, Lily! She is adorable! She sings when she sleeps, she smiles when she's awake! Doesn't get much better than that! I hope you enjoy the sneak peek...

samantha and natalie

This is a strange post to do because Dan is having me write it before I see the photos! We were so excited to do a photo session of our own girls to put our Christmas cards together (It's not too late to book your session for the holidays!), and I asked Dan if he would put me through our entire "process" just like our other clients get to do. So, tonight I get to check the blog over and over and over until I see the sneak peek (because as I am writing this there are currently no photos).....and I am jumping out of my skin excited!!!!! Then, I will get to see all of my images in our viewing room on the big screen this weekend and I CAN'T WAIT!!!!!

I met Dan at the park with the girls, a stroller full of clothes and hats, and bags full of snacks, milk, and candy (bribes)! Considering sessions of our own children are usually the most difficult ones we do (near impossible), we were both delighted with how the girls got along and behaved! Hence, my excitement for the photos! So, here is the sneak peek! I can't wait to see it! :) Special thanks to Carrie for helping out and putting up with us and our kids.

max is a senior

Max is a senior at Noblesville. He is really interested in landscape architecture, which made the IMA the perfect place to have his senior photo session! His mom and girlfriend, Jenny, joined us and we had a great time getting to know them and hanging out with them! Max, thank you so much for sharing your senior year with us! We enjoyed taking these photos and we hope you enjoy the sneak peek! Congratulations!

jackson is 18 months old

Our little Jackson!!! Some of the children we photograph just touch our hearts & we love watching them grow up, photographing them every six months or so. Jackson is one of those kiddos and we are enjoying seeing him grow and learn and change every time we see him! It was adorable to see him sing songs and use so many words! He is definitely becoming a little man. An adorable, sweet, cute little man! Justin and Kristen, thank you so much for meeting us out for this session! We hope you enjoy the sneak peek!

drew is 11 months old

Amy and Todd, if you're looking for a good retirement plan, my advice would be to contact Gap about little Drew being a model!!!! :) Oh. My. Goodness. He is absolutely beautiful and just so sweet too! Just like his mom and dad! That hair that lays perfect... Those huge bright eyes... How could you not fall in love with this little one right away?! I've known Amy through a mutual friend of ours for awhile and I was sooo excited when she called to schedule a photo session! This is seriously one of the nicest, coolest, sweetest, most stylish, loving, caring families around!!! Amy and Todd, thank you so much! We hope you enjoy your sneak peek!

carson is 6 months old

Craig and Brandy are two of the sweetest people we know, and we were thrilled when we found out this 2007 wedding couple of ours was going to have a baby!!!!! We've been dying to get our cameras on this little guy, and I think the photos are more than enough to explain why ---he's crazy cute, just like his parents!!!!! Brandy is one of the most stylish people I know, so I knew he would be stylin' too! Especially love the faux hawk!!! Thanks for sharing your little Carson with us, Brandy and Craig! We are excited to watch him grow!!!

kristen is pregnant

Kristen is a good friend of my brother's wife, and she is one of the smallest pregnant women I have ever seen! She was so easy to work with and a lot of fun to hang out with. The hardest part of the session was positioning her to look pregnant - and she is going to have her baby at any given day in these photos! Kristen, we wish you the best of luck and can't wait to meet your new little girl!
