Logan and Amanda... AMAZING couple, BEAUTIFUL wedding, FUN day, WONDERFUL people!!! Although it started of a little cold, I dare to say that Logan and Amanda snagged the last fall day full of beautiful leaves and colors! By the time the ceremony ended, the sky was full of sunshine and we enjoyed walking around the campus at Butler (where Logan graduated) taking photos! Logan and Amanda were so sweet, so caring, and welcomed us into their lives like we'd been long-time friends! We loved everything about this couple and this wedding! We loved them and their families, we loved the tribute to the military, we loved the hilarious fraternity traditions, and the day went by so fast we were sad to pack up at the end of the night! Logan and Amanda, thank you so much for sharing your wedding day with us!!! Congratulations!!!

 

tim and maggie say i do

Tim and Maggie were married on the beautiful grounds of the IMA & we were so honored to share in their day! Before Maggie went out to meet Tim for the first time, she and her girls were talking about how you always remember one thing about someone's wedding, and that what everyone would remember about theirs is how cold it was. Well, it was a little chilly, but I disagree that the cold weather in itself is what people will remember. My bet is on the blankets that were passed to guests as they entered or the hot coco that was served during the ceremony... the memorable blessing Maggie's brother made when he married them... or the smile on her dad's face when he announced them as husband and wife for the first time... the special touches Maggie's mom added through the entire day... Tim's dad's moving toast that left not a dry eye in the place... the laughter coming out of the photo booth... or most of all, the way that Tim and Maggie looked at each other during their first dance. We shared many beautiful memories on this day, and we are so thankful we were a part of it! Tim and Maggie, thank you so much for inviting us to share in your wedding day! Enjoy your sneak peek!!! 

jack and sandra say i do

Jack and Sandra, and their families, have to be the NICEST people we've ever met!!!! I mean, it's their WEDDING DAY----and on the very first time Jack inquired about using our services (months and months ago), I mentioned that his wedding date was on my birthday. Well, not only did he remember, but so did everyone that was there! The entire family was getting ready to walk down the aisle and they all started singing happy birthday to me in unison ---- what?!?!?! I mean, I cannot explain how sweet and caring and loving and wonderful everyone was!!!! The wedding was small and intimate, full of people that truly LOVE Jack and Sandra and the day was full of happy tears!!! The wedding was outside on a beautiful day that followed a week of rain. OH --- and did I mention how FUN they were too?! Just take a look at their shoes. Explains it all. Love it!!! bob and holly say i do

Bob and Holly --- I could write a book about how much we loved sharing in their wedding day! Bob and Holly are so sweet, so fun, so in love, so genuine, so caring, and just amazing people separate and together!!!! There are some weddings that are just special. They make you feel like you're a part of the family even if they've only known you a short time. We truly left the wedding feeling as if we'd known Bob and Holly for years. They have amazing families and friends, and every part of the wedding day was fun, exciting, happy, and memorable. Keith and Amanda were married last weekend and it was an absolute honor to photograph their wedding day! Keith and Amanda are two of the sweetest people you will ever meet, and they were smiling non-stop (mostly at each other) the entire day!!! The day was absolutely beautiful after a long week of rain and everything just seemed to go without any flaws at all!  It was additionally fun for us because one of the bridesmaids was a 2006 bride of ours, who is expecting her first baby with her hubby!!! So fun! We spent last weekend in Fort Wayne to photograph Phill and Kim's wedding, and it was absolutely wonderful!!!! Kim looked stunning, and it was really fun to watch Phill and Kim together throughout the day - they are perfect together!

Phill is the youth pastor at the church, as it was obvious throughout the evening that he and his new wife are very much respected and admired by the church family as well as their own families. We have known Kim and her family for a long time, and it was very special to share in Kim's wedding day with the man she loves and both of their wonderful families. megan and michael say i do

Michael and Megan have to be two of the NICEST people we know! We had so much fun doing their engagement photos and getting to know them better in May, and we have been looking forward to their wedding for so long! I just don't really know a better word to use to describe their day than "perfect". Everything just flowed seamlessly and without effort. (Well, obviously there was MUCH effort in putting this gorgeous wedding together, but when it came to the actual day... everything fell into place perfectly!) Evan and Abbe's wedding was so much fun! Their day was beautiful and they were so excited to get married! We spent our Memorial Day weekend in Evansville to photograph Ray and Jennifer's wedding & it was fabulous! They are both such sweet people and they were very excited about their wedding day - their joy was contagious! We photographed Jennifer's sister's wedding in Evansville a year and a half ago, and it was so much fun to see Lindsey and Jacob in the wedding party this time too! The day was beautiful, decor was fabulous, bride was gorgeous (okay, Ray--you cleaned up nice too!), and everyone was happy and ready to celebrate. Jennifer and Ray, CONGRATULATIONS!!!! Claire and Justin got married in February in the Bahamas and had a reception this past weekend at the Eiteljorg in Indianapolis. The McCormicks and Bolles are such great people and made me feel like family from the beginning! JoAnn Gregoli from Elegant Occasions created an amazing time for all and the band Xanadu rocked the house all night. Congratulations Claire and Justin!

matt and andrea say i do

We took the first three months of Natalie's life off from weddings, so Andrea and Matt were our first wedding of the year!!! It was amazing! My only complaint was that I still had to wear maternity pants to it! :) But seriously..... Matt and Andrea both have hearts of gold and we absolutely were thrilled to spend their wedding day with them both. It was gorgeous weather for a gorgeous bride. (Matt, you looked pretty sharp too!) Every detail was thought of. Every moment was special. There were many moments I teared up, and I felt lucky to be a part of this day, all day long. Matt and Andrea, thank you so much for entrusting us to capture your wedding. We loved being with you and we can't wait to put your album together so you can relive your day all over again!!! joel and keely say i do

Joel and Keely got married last weekend at St John with a beautiful reception at the The Grand Hall at the Historic Union Station. Dan and I had so much fun shooting this wedding! Joel and Keely and their families were the nicest, funniest people to be around all day! The couple was fun and laid back, the wedding party was so accommodating and easy going, the families were sweet and caring, and the day was perfect! (And, almost 70 degrees, I might add!!!) We were even able to do photos outside...who would have thought on December 27?! Joel and Keely, thank you so very much for spending your wedding day with us! We are thrilled that we could wrap up our wonderful year with your special day! Have fun in Hawaii!!!!

Last weekend we had a blast photographing Alex and Jessica's wedding at the Indiana Roof Ballroom! Their families were both absolutely amazing. I felt as though we had been friends for years the instant I walked in, and it just got better and better through the evening! I laughed so hard at so many jokes, smiled at so many precious moments, and was moved by the amount of love and closeness by all who attended. We are truly so honored to have been invited to share in Alex and Jessica's wedding day. dave and andrea say i do

Oh, Dave and Andrea! What an amazing day!!!! Even though the weather was gorgeous and perfect, the "amazing" part I was talking about is Dave and Andrea. Period. I just absolutely adore this couple. I have never seen so many happy tears in a ceremony and during toasts as I saw at this wedding. So many people love this couple (individually and together) and the love POURED out all day. I have to admit that I choked up several times. They love each other so much and love being together. You can tell that when they are together they wouldn't rather be anywhere else, and you can not only see but feel how true their commitment is to each other. Another "never before"... I have never seen a couple laugh with each other so much as these two!!! Dave and Andrea, we absolutely loved and cherished being with you on your wedding day and we wish you a life full of happiness together!!!! Congratulations!!!!!
