Dan was recently in Arizona and he had the opportunity to photograph some of our dearest friends in the world!!!! HOW JEALOUS AM I that he was there, enjoyed the sunshine, (did some work), and stayed with and was catered to by this adorable family of 4! JoAnn and I worked together years ago in marketing and sales. Since then she moved 1756 miles from us (that is a 26 hour car drive) to the most beautiful, energetic, magical place - AZ! We've not only remained friends, but we've actually even become much, much closer since her move and I feel so blessed and honored to have her in my life! She honestly is one of the most amazing women I know. I just LOVE her and her family so so so much! JoAnn, her husband Kevin, son Tommy, and mom Maryfrances, wandered through the desert with Dan so that he could play with new scenery, good friends, and his camera! What troopers! :) (I think they had fun too!) :)

It is a dream and goal of Dan and mine to one day own our own property in Arizona. Until then, we can enjoy short-lived visits and wonderful vacations with our amazing friends.... next one is in March, and me and the girls get to go on that one!!!! Hooray!!!! We can't wait to all see you in 5 months! We love you sooooo much!!!!!

erin is 28 weeks pregnant

We had the honor of photographing Erin and Tom's wedding in 2006, so we were delighted to hear this adorable couple was expecting their first baby --- Little Avery! Tom and Erin are seriously the sweetest, cutest couple, and this baby boy is going to be the luckiest little guy on earth to have them as his parents! Erin is gorgeous and it was so fun to capture her pregnancy! She has the tiniest little figure with a cute baby bump! We are SO EXCITED to meet Avery!!! Erin and Tom, thank you for sharing your growing family with us! We cannot wait to capture Avery's first year and beyond!!!! CONGRATULATIONS!!!!!

jack and sandra say i do

Jack and Sandra, and their families, have to be the NICEST people we've ever met!!!! I mean, it's their WEDDING DAY----and on the very first time Jack inquired about using our services (months and months ago), I mentioned that his wedding date was on my birthday. Well, not only did he remember, but so did everyone that was there! The entire family was getting ready to walk down the aisle and they all started singing happy birthday to me in unison ---- what?!?!?! I mean, I cannot explain how sweet and caring and loving and wonderful everyone was!!!! The wedding was small and intimate, full of people that truly LOVE Jack and Sandra and the day was full of happy tears!!! The wedding was outside on a beautiful day that followed a week of rain. OH --- and did I mention how FUN they were too?! Just take a look at their shoes. Explains it all. Love it!!! bob and holly say i do

Bob and Holly --- I could write a book about how much we loved sharing in their wedding day! Bob and Holly are so sweet, so fun, so in love, so genuine, so caring, and just amazing people separate and together!!!! There are some weddings that are just special. They make you feel like you're a part of the family even if they've only known you a short time. We truly left the wedding feeling as if we'd known Bob and Holly for years. They have amazing families and friends, and every part of the wedding day was fun, exciting, happy, and memorable. Bob and Holly, thank you, thank you, thank you, for inviting us to share in your celebration! We think the world of you both and we already can't wait to see you again!!!! Congratulations!!!!

luke is 9 months old

Little Luke is not so little any more! He's now 9 months old and cuter than ever! He's always smiling, always happy and is as laid back as his parents! We always love having you guys in! Can't wait until the 1 year session! Enjoy your sneak peek...

mike, becky, bree, and kate

Mike and Dan have known each other since high school, were fraternity brothers, and the four of us became close friends after finding out we were pregnant with our first babies at the same time! Since then, Mike and Becky have become some of our greatest friends and we love them so much! Our girls (we have four of them now, combined) are great friends and we all love getting together, sharing stories, meals, lots of laughs, and lots of memories!
